STEP 1: PLACE THE ITEM IN THE BOX
You can use the original packaging or other cardboard box.
If you use the original packaging, empty it and place the item you want to return.
Close the box and seal it with tape.
If the box has a label, adhesives or other materials from previous expeditions, please remove them.
STEP 2: COLLECTING THE ITEMS
The collection will be done within 3 working days after making the request for the return. If there's no one at the address provided at the time of collection, a new collection will be scheduled on a date / time to be agreed between the customer and the carrier.
Pick-ups are not made on holidays and weekends.
STEP 3: EXCHANGE OR REFUND
After receiving the packaging, the Quality Department will check if the piece is in compliance with our requirements for Exchange or Refund. If so, the exchange will be confirmed or we will issued the refund.. The refund will be issued through a voucher (to be deducted at the online store in a period of 6 months) or based on the original form of payment. Please, inform us which method will you prefer.
