- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
You can do so within 2 months after you notice the defect. The identification tag must still be attached to the product with the disposal seal (if any). We will thoroughly examine the returned product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any). In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and in any case, within 30 days of the day that you received the e-mail confirming the right to the return. In the event your claim is justified as a defective or other noncompliance reason, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WHATEVER REASON
* The products are unwashed and not used in any way (you are allowed to try garments or shoes for fitting, unless we have indicated otherwise - but you cannot wear them)
* The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
* The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
You cannot return:
* Products that have been tampered with an affixed seal that is broken
If your return has been made for whatever reasons than justified by the existence of a defect or noncompliance of the products, ANA SOUSA does not refund the shipping costs.
- RETURNING GIFTS
If your return has been made for whatever reasons other than a justified defect or noncompliance of the products, ANA SOUSA offers the shipping costs for the first return. In the event your claim is justified as a defective or noncompliant, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
